Pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Connecticut General Statutes, anyone seeking public information from OHS can request it through the agency’s dedicated Freedom of Information website.
Beginning August 10, 2023, please submit all requests for records and data using the agency’s new site available at the following link:https://ohsct.govqa.us/WEBAPP/_rs

Please note that users and the general public may continue to access all requests submitted prior to August 11, 2023, as well as responsive records and information, utilizing
the “Freedom of Information Request” and “Data Request” tabs near the top of this page. For any previously submitted requests that remain open as of August 11, 2023,
OHS will continue to update and close out those requests utilizing the older portal.
